Image downloads may be used by Customers for personal use only. The use of any Images for commercial, advertising or marketing purposes Images must be first approved in writing by Wilde Photography NZ. Extra charges may apply for use that is deemed anything other than personal, in the opinion of Wilde Photography NZ.

All images remain the property of Wilde Photography NZ and the Customer acknowledges that the Photographer always retains the right to use
the Photographic Works in any manner at any time and in any part of the world
for any purposes as the Photographer sees fit.

This Licence to use, and the right to use the Images commences
from the date of full payment of all amounts owed to Wilde Photography NZ in
relation to the Images and the Agreement, except where the
Wilde Photography NZ gives express written permission.

The Client acknowledges that the Client is responsible for the storage and
backup of the Photographic Works supplied by Wilde Photography NZ. While the
Photographer will follow its usual backup procedures (if any) upon delivery
of the Photographic Works, the Photographer shall not be liable under any
circumstances if unable to produce backups or future reproductions of the
Photographic Works upon the request of the Client. Where backups are
available, these may be made available to the Client for a fee.
